It was good ya?I can appreciate the walking community vibe.We drove as we do not live in the area.Parking isn't great, We did park behind the building just know there's no sidewalk on the north side you'll need to go to the long way around on the south side.

We visited for Valentine’s Day brunch on Saturday with my wife and our little girl. The atmosphere was fantastic — warm, festive, and perfect for the occasion. Service was quick and genuinely friendly even though the place was packed. Our server Laura absolutely shone; she was attentive, cheerful, and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend!

I made the mistake of joining the waitlist at the wrong location. They were still super accommodating and friendly about it. Great food. We got the brisket hash, waffocado toast and splurged on the Dubai chocolate French toast. Brisket hash was a favorite and the waffocado toast was perfectly seasoned. The French toast wasn't overly sweet which is what we like. We just felt the filling was a little too much. Maybe just a little less filling would be perfect.Can't overlook the staff. They were all very friendly and smiley!!

It was more expensive than an average breakfast place but the food was served fast, hot and very tasty, good portion but not crazy. The atmosphere was warm and cozy on a chilly Sunday morning. By 10 it was completely full of people but not obnoxiously loud. The decor is comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. We got coffees to go and boxes for our leftovers. We thought the high quality warrants the high price and will be back on special occasions.

Met up with a friend for breakfast and had some tough decisions on what to pick for breakfast. So many great options to choose from. From the beginning, it was a great experience. Had the door opened for me, the waitress was at the table immediately with waters and ready to take a drink order and answer questions. The food was hot and at our table so fast! Even though there were a lot of people in the bistro it was not loud. Enjoyed this place immensely and will be back

The waitlist feature on their Google profile was accurate and very convenient, great use of technology. The execution of our order was incredibly fast, couldn't have been any faster. The quality was just as special, the maple syrup was infused with caramel which elevated the pancakes. The place and the people had the best energy.

I am so happy we have a monki in the SE of Calgary! It’s a beautiful location. Very spacious and clean.They were very accommodating for young kids. We had a group of 4 Moms and 4 babies. They gave us high chairs and were very patient with our little ones.The menu is plentiful. Our specialty coffees and food came out incredibly fast and were DELICIOUS and beautifully plated and garnished.Between 2 lactose intolerant Mom’s and 1 celiac, there were no issues getting our dishes modified.Camden was our server and she was very kind and efficient. Thank you for making our Mom’s brunch such a fantastic experience. We will be back!
